La Cucina Caldesi is Katie and Giancarlo Caldesis’ cookery school in central London which offers you a delicious day out! Classes are centred around the Italian cuisine of Tuscany but, also a celebration of the diverse cooking from all regions of Italy. Highlights include: Fresh Pasta Quick & Easy; The Quick & Healthy Italian; Mediterranean Tapas.

If you are looking for a fun and informal way to engage your staff, try something different to aid team building or a novel way to entertain clients then this is the perfect option for you.

Classes begin with a welcome drinks reception and culminate in a sit down meal as cooked by you with perfectly matched wines. Classes are available for groups of 8 to 24 people and can be arranged at a time that best suits you.

. The Caldesis also offer classes at their sister restaurant, Caldesi in Campagna, Bray.

Highlights include “Hell’s Cucina” where guests have the chance to experience what it is like to work in a professional kitchen and having the chance to work at the “pass” taking charge of the kitchen as head chef. A kitchen brigade of 12 to 16 are divided into teams each responsible for a different course and get to cook for their guests, up to 40 people. Prices from £75 per person.

Caffé Caldesi, located next to the cookery school is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a la carte dining. Three course set menus are also available during lunch, two courses for £12.50 or three for £15.50.
