The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre is the largest conference facility in the Thames Valley and is proud to be part of the impressive Madejski Stadium Complex. The stadium is home of the Championship football team Reading Football Club and the Premiership rugby team London Irish Rugby Club.
The RBCC is perfectly located on junction 11 of the M4 motorway and has easy links to London and beyond, via the rail network.
The conference centre, with its 40 Conference rooms, can cater for any type of event from conferences of 500 through to one to one interviews. The centre's largest room, the Princess Suite, is ideal for dinner dances and when using this room you gain the Windsor Lounge. This spacious area overlooks the Millennium Madejski Hotel, and is ideal for drinks receptions.
The 201 bedroom Millennium Madejski Hotel which is linked to the conference centre, offers 4 star deluxe accommodation for residential courses and boasts two new restaurants; Le Café and the fine dining restaurant, Cilantro. The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool, aswell as a spa which offers relaxing treatments.

The venue is proud to be hosting the annual Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards Dinner in November 2011 and the Reading Retail Awards Dinner. We are also pleased to be hosting the Insurance Institute of Reading Dinner in 2012 and 2013.

Day Delegate Rates start from £56 ex VAT and evening hire starts at £2,000 ex VAT for the main space.
40 meeting spaces most of which have a view of the pitch and are broken down as the following:
· Princess Suite – Main meeting space with capacity of 500 theatre style, 350 cabaret style and 380 dinner
· Windsor Lounge – Catering space that comes included with the Princess Suite when booking daytime or evening events
· 10 Large Syndicate Rooms – Can accommodate up to 150 theatre style, 100 cabaret style and 100 dinner
· 28 Executive Boxes – Can accommodate a maximum of 12 delegates
The venue also has an on-site hotel, 2000 free car parking spaces, complimentary WI-FI and a range of day delegate and evening rates.
