Plateau sits in a prime fourth floor location at the top of Canada Place building opposite the tower. Plateau looks out on awe-inspiring views of the surrounding city landscape. Plateau offers two distinct dining areas and a semi-open view kitchen – a bar and grill and a more formal main restaurant each with their own outside terraces – two bars, a private dining room and a cigar room. A principal feature of the space is the part glazed ceiling which swathes the space in reflected natural light. The food is modern French at its best: exciting, unexpected combinations of the freshest natural produce.

The Fumoir

16 sit down and 30 standing

The Fumoir at Plateau is situated in the main Restaurant. It has full height glazed glass doors overlooking the main dining room. The Fumoir is available everyday for lunch and dinner for up to 16 guests for a sit down event and 30 guests for a cocktail reception.

Private dinning room

24 sit down and 40 standing

The private dining room at Plateau is situated in the main Restaurant. It has full height glazed glass doors which can be shut to offer total seclusion and privacy. Alternatively the doors can be opened so guests can benefit from the atmosphere of the main dining room. The private dining room is available everyday for lunch and dinner for up to 24 guests for a sit down event and 40 guests for a cocktail reception.

Whilst there is no room hire we kindly ask for a minimum of 12 guests.

If guest numbers are 11 or less -Whilst there is no room hire we kindly ask for a minimum spend of £500.00 for lunch or dinner to include VAT and exclude service at 12.5%
