The Westminster Ballroom can accommodate up to 1000 guests for a reception or 900 for a meeting, offering 765 square metres of uninterrupted space and can divide into 3 sections for ultimate flexibility.

The Whitehall Suite connects with the Ballroom and offers 350 square meters of pre-function space. This area may also be subdivided into 6 individual spaces for smaller breakout our boardroom meetings.

The Mayfair Suite is located on the lower ground floor and is connected to the main conference level by a double marble staircase. Suitable for independent events or in conjunction with the Ballroom, this versatile space comes complete with its own pre-function area and can seat 150 guests for dinner or 240 conference delegates. This area comprising 250 square meters can also divide into 4 individual rooms for smaller meetings.
