Venue Description:
Situated in a leafy Kensington, Launceston Place is a well kept secret tucked away in the quiet streets behind the bustling High Street. Launceston Place has relaunched as a sophisticated and contemporary space perfect for small groups, semi private or private dining. We can also exclusively hire the restaurant privately for up to 150 for a canapé reception or 60 seated. Head chef Tristan Welch who gained the second Michelin star for Petrus, has also worked at Le Gavroche and Aubergine. The Chef’s Office is situated directly adjacent to the kitchen at Launceston Place. The Office gives guests a magnificent insight into one of London’s most exciting and new kitchens. You can see the chefs via a plasma TV screen, hear them, interact with them, tour a working kitchen and on occasion even experience cooking your menu. Guests have exclusive access to the adrenaline of the kitchen throughout service and have direct contact with Tristan, Head Chef and his brigade who will create a bespoke menu based on the days market produce. Our experienced sommelier team will also be on hand to recommend wines to compliment each course. This truly is a unique dining experience in London!
