Previously a water pumping house for Hans Town, the venue was transformed to a Georgian Townhouse and opened in 1963 to hold it’s first of many events. 30 Pavilion Road is available for exclusive hire 365 days a year and offer the most atmospheric setting for chick Champagne breakfast briefings, intimate boardroom meetings or large seminars and conferences as well as sumptuous dinners or elegant cocktail receptions from 20 to 130 guests. The light and spacious Ballroom can be set up in a number of layouts to fit your requirements and The Library or The Stone Hall are both perfect for tea/coffee and lunch breaks. Original features such as the marble fire places, stone floor and antique wood reclaimed from historic locations and certainly add an element of class to any event. Located in the fashionable West End, 30 Pavilion Road is easily accessible by any means of transport and offers an escape from the City buzz.
